Grievance Procedure

Sheffield Workshop is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, consistent and accessible service to children and their parents/carers. We always aim to provide high quality services for everyone, but accept that sometimes things do not always go to plan. In such circumstances, we want to know so that we can put them right and learn from our mistakes. 

 

The Sheffield workshop grievance procedure is as follows.

 

  1. Please speak with your child’s coach and address the situation as soon as possible so that hopefully the situation can be resolved. 

  2. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be found, then please speak with Head coach who is in charge of the session on that day.

  3. Should the situation not be resolved please email workshop.gymnastics@hotmail.co.uk addressing it to Paula Belton or Emily Rodgers,  workshop-welfare@hotmail.com who is the club’s welfare officer. 

  4. Should the situation still not be resolved the matter will be taken by the club welfare officer to the regional welfare officer Helen Monks.

  5. The BG gymnastics procedures for dealing with complaints will be followed + if an issue cannot be suitably addressed at club level. The BG procedure will be implemented.
